A proud mom to two kids and two dogs, creative storyteller through scrapbooking, and dedicated community advocate, Jennifer Shust brings 25 years of sales and marketing expertise to her role. She specializes in helping local businesses grow through innovative and creative sponsorships. With a background in radio, television, and digital strategy, Jennifer is passionate about using her deep local connections to craft impactful marketing solutions that drive success!
Steph Campbell Creek
A dedicated community leader and proud wife and mom of two daughters (and a beagle!), Steph Creek brings 15 years of sales expertise to her role. She specializes in automotive advertising, strategic hiring campaigns, and results-driven digital marketing. Steph is passionate about using her deep local knowledge to help businesses connect with customers and drive meaningful growth in 2026 and beyond.
Lindsey Hardy
Lindsey Hardy is a Marketing Associate at WTOV9, where she supports the sales and marketing specialists by helping manage daily tasks and ensuring things run smoothly. A 2022 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Born and raised in Wheeling, Lindsey is known for her strong communication skills, her ability to work well with others, and her quick learning style. While she may be shy at first, she becomes outgoing and engaging as she gets to know people.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys life with her fiancé and their two dogs, balancing her professional focus with a warm, family-centered home life.
Ashley Petrella
Ashley Petrella is a Marketing Associate at WTOV, where she provides comprehensive support to the Sales Department through strategic graphic design, promotional planning and daily operational coordination. She brings a strong background in promotions and relationship-based recruiting. She has a passion for creating impactful marketing solutions.Â
Ashley is a resident of Steubenville, OH. Outside of work, she has been married to her husband, Anthony, for eight years. They have a 7-year-old daughter, Lilliana. Ashley’s family shares a love for travel, and Walt Disney World remains their favorite destination that they look forward to every year!
